You've probably wondered what it's like to be this splendid building<\/strong> on the seafront at the end of an undulating wooden walkway called \"La Rambla de Mar<\/strong>\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Well, this monument is a huge shopping mall with all the facilities you could wish for.an impressive number of stores selling clothes, electrical goods, fashion accessories...<\/em><\/p>\n

Today, it's a very pleasant place to stroll and enjoy all the tourist and family activities on offer.<\/p>\n

And because it's located in the port, open every day of the week!<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Rambla de Mar, a fun walk!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Rambla that takes you there is gigantic and is over 380 metres long. <\/em><\/p>\n

The entire building is made up of mirrors and we appreciate the splendid reflections of space recreated in the water.<\/em> It's a very special way to end your walk from Las Ramblas in the old town...<\/p>\n

Built as part of the city's renovations for the 1992 Olympic Games, Marem\u00e0gnum is a shopping mall that was developed at the same time as other buildings along the coast, such as the Aqu\u00e0rium, one of Europe's largest aquariums and home to a collection of important Mediterranean species.<\/p>\n

Practical information for visiting the Marem\u00e0gnum!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Marem\u00e0gnum is part of the Moll d'Espanya<\/strong> and is located in the Gothic Quarter on the seafront.<\/p>\n

The shopping center is open daily from 10am to 10pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As for restaurants, they sometimes stay open until 1am.<\/em><\/p>\n

But you can also opt for an Italian-style meal at Ginos<\/em>or for a refreshing salad at Fresc Co<\/em>or even a vegetable wok with The Wok<\/em>. If you want to stay in a Spanish atmosphere, Tapa Tapa<\/em> offer montaditos, small sandwiches made with local produce, or try paella.<\/p>\n

For a more economical version or to eat on the run, international fast-food restaurants will open their doors to you: Mc Donalds, Pans & Co.<\/em><\/p>\n

Either head back to the heart of the historic city center in the Gothic Quarter, or head for the sea and the old fishing district of Barceloneta.<\/p>\n
