The restaurant itself seems small at first glance. This feeling is probably due to <strong>to the fact that the place is packed with people waiting for a table.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you've waited 30 minutes for your table and gone inside, you can see that it's much bigger than you first thought.<\/p>\n<p>The bar is great, with a wide selection of top-quality imported beers. If you're sitting at the bar, you can simply order the beers you like.<a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/barcelonas-best-tapas\/\"> tapas<\/a> you'd like to try right at the counter. You can even drink beer and <strong>have a montadito or two while you wait for your table.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc123536019\"><\/a><strong>An original, modern decor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The overall decor of the restaurant is quite modern and elegant. However, it doesn't feel too upscale. You'll enter the establishment dressed in simple street clothes. There's a varied selection of tapas and they're very reasonably priced. The best way to order, as in any tapas restaurant, is to start with the <strong>find what you like in the menu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eating tapas is a very social experience in Spain, so you usually order for the whole table and everyone shares. Although the tapas at Cerveceria Catalana are excellent, they're not the best tapas in Barcelona. However, the establishment is <strong>easily in the top 3 of the city's best tapas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drinks are also excellent, as mentioned above, the place has a great selection of top quality imported beers. They also have good draught beers served in large glasses if you want to save on the bill. The wine selection here is reasonable, but if you're going to eat here, <strong>you absolutely must try sangria<\/strong>. For me, it's the best sangria you'll find in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc123536021\"><\/a><strong>Fast service<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Service here is incredibly fast, an added advantage in a city where service is usually quite slow. If you have the patience to wait for a seat in this establishment, then you'll have a very pleasant experience in terms of service. Most of the waiters\/waitresses speak English and are very friendly.<\/p>\n<p>As a popular tapas restaurant in Barcelona, there's almost always a wait for a table. What's more, Cervecer\u00eda Catalanails does not take reservations. When you visit, it's perfectly normal to have to wait for a table.<strong>wait about 30 to 60 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The good thing is that once you've managed to get in, you can have a nice drink at the bar and, if you're lucky enough to find a seat at the bar, try some tapas while you wait. Anyway, <strong>the wait is worth it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc123536022\"><\/a><strong>Where is Cerveceria Catalana?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To reach the restaurant, simply take the diagonal metro station. Buses S1 and S2 also take you close to Cerveceria Catalana. All you need to do is <strong>get off at the Proven\u00e7a stop.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is just a few minutes from the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/casa-mila-barcelona-pedrera\/\">casa Mil\u00e0<\/a> and you can take advantage of the opportunity to visit the place after enjoying your tapas dish.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc123536023\"><\/a><strong>What are the opening hours?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The venue is open :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Thursday <strong>8:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Friday from <strong>8:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Saturday from <strong>9 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sunday from <strong>9 a.m. to 1 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cerveceria Catalana is one of the best places to eat in Barcelona.
