Since October 2017, the public has been able to attend mass every Sunday morning from 9am. Doors open at 8:30 a.m., where people <strong>can pass through Carrer de La Marina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that the dress code is very strict. Guards have the right to refuse access if they feel your clothing does not meet the expected guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>I'd advise you to arrive a little early for mass to ensure a good seat where you'll have <strong>a better view of the basilica throughout the mass.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Special events <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are also occasional special masses held in the basilica, which the public or invited guests can attend.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc124773650\"><\/a><strong>La Sagrada familia in a nutshell<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Sagrada Fam\u00edlia is rich in Catholic culture and heritage. To avoid any inconvenience, <strong>don't forget to book your tickets in advance!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc124773652\"><\/a><strong>When is the best time to visit the Sagrada Familia?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I highly recommend visiting the site in the morning, as you have a magnificent view of the rising sun over the city, especially if you visit the building's towers. The evening is also an ideal time to visit the Sagrada Familia and <strong>enjoy the magnificent sunset<\/strong>. These two periods of the day are less crowded than mid-day.<\/p>\n<p>To avoid long waits, I advise you to buy your tickets directly online.
