Espaisucre is a restaurant affiliated with one of the city's culinary schools, where students practice working and cooking for a restaurant. Every month, the students create a new menu featuring all types of desserts.<\/p>\n<p>The tasting menu starts with 3 savory tapas and is followed by 5 desserts, which then end with 3 sweet tapas. This is no ordinary dining experience! It's a very small place with only 12 places available, so<strong> make sure you reserve a table<\/strong>! Don't forget to accompany your desserts with a good cocktail!<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is not open every day of the week. A flexitarian is a person who follows a vegetarian diet, but <strong>who also eats meat, poultry or fish in reasonable quantities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The menu here is 80 % plant-based, with the remaining 20 % containing fish or meat. The team's aim is to show everyone that a healthy diet is not difficult to achieve. Customers rave about the quality of each dish. The atmosphere is cosy and the restaurateurs are very friendly.
