At Quiote Mezcaler\u00eda, you'll find authentic Mexican flavors, but also the country's characteristic warmth. Personally, Quiote Mezcaler\u00eda has it all: <strong>high-quality ingredients, traditional Mexican dishes and excellent service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One of the things I love most about Quiote Mezcaler\u00eda is that everything is homemade from scratch. Try the green apple guacamole as an appetizer, served with homemade totopos. In the mood for tacos? I recommend the carnitas or the lengua. Fondas are small restaurants serving hearty home-cooked meals. <strong>and are an integral part of everyday Mexican life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They serve traditional dishes such as \"sopa de tortilla\", \"pozole\" and \"papadzules\". They have very good chilaquiles, enchiladas and enmoladas.
