In most pintxo bars, there are two lengths of skewer, <strong>each length representing a different price.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you're ready to leave, simply hand over your skewers and receive the bill. It's an informal way of eating, and one of my favorite aspects of Spanish culinary culture.<\/p>\n<p>However, there are plenty of places in Barcelona that offer pretty mediocre pintxos. Crossing the lower half of <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/poble-sec\/\">Poble Sec<\/a>This street is famous for its dozens of <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/tapas-barcelona\/\">tapas bars<\/a> and pintxos.<\/p>\n<p>Koska is a local favorite and of a higher quality than many of its neighbors. Their selection is inventive, and as with all places along Blai, the best thing to do is sit on the terrace and watch the world go by. <strong>tasting this delicious culinary treat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The venue opens :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday and Thursday <strong>from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Friday <strong>from 6 p.m. to midnight<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Saturday <strong>noon to midnight<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sunday <strong>noon to 4 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc127013212\"><\/a><strong>Pintxos: the Anardi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Sant Antoni district is <strong>on the other side of Avinguda del Paral-lel de Poble Sec<\/strong>. At its heart is Carrer del Parlament, Sant Antoni's trendiest gastronomic spot. Nestled at one end of the street is L'Anardi, a local favorite owned by Renata and Oihana, two relocated Basques.<\/p>\n<p>They offer a wide range of pintxos, with the jam\u00f3n and quail egg option being the most popular choice. Make sure you also <strong>save room for one of their famous desserts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can visit Anardi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesday to Friday <strong>7:30 pm to 11 pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Saturday <strong>1 to 4 p.m. and 7:30 to 11 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sunday <strong>from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc127013213\"><\/a><strong>Le Gasterea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At the heart of Vila de Gracia lies Carrer de Verdi, a mainly pedestrian street that runs from the Mercat de l'Abaceria to the Vila de Gracia. <strong>to the summit of Gracia<\/strong>. It's packed with stores, international restaurants, the popular local cinema and Gasterea.<\/p>\n<p>The bar is adorned with a selection of classic pintxos and outstanding staff. Every five minutes, staff walk around the bar to encourage you to take a look at the pintxos on offer.<\/p>\n<p>The venue opens :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday to Tuesday <strong>from 6.30 p.m. to 0.30 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc127013214\"><\/a><strong>Pintxos: the Taktika Berri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Taktika Berri is well known in Barcelona as a leading Basque restaurant. Of course, it makes great pintxos. You won't find <strong>no mini-burgers or pintxos from fusion cuisine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead, the menu is packed with classics, the seafood dishes being outstanding. Any of their cod pintxos will be one of the best experiences you can have in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>To discover the delights of the Taktika Berri, you can visit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Saturday <strong>1 to 4 p.m. and 8 to 11 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pintxos are a real treat to discover in Barcelona. While you're in town, I urge you to try one of these establishments.
