This street runs from Carrer d'Olzinelles to <strong>Pla\u00e7a d'Ib\u00e8ria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You suddenly feel like you're in a small village just behind the Cotxeres de Sants civic center, so close yet so far from the ever-bustling street that is Sants. You'll find <strong>a quiet terrace away from traffic at the Can Viol\u00ed restaurant<\/strong>. A perfect place to spend a quiet evening.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc128873060\"><\/a><strong>Rue de Barcelone : Paletes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You find Paletes almost <strong>to the summit of Major de Sarri\u00e0<\/strong>. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, this little street might go unnoticed. It's a bit hidden, on your left as you go up, there's an unusual 90-degree angle.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the bourgeoisie, Sarri\u00e0 was also home to the working classes who built the houses here. This little corner of low-rise buildings, home to the Escola Tra\u00e7 art school, provides access to the tranquil Pla\u00e7a del Consell de la Vila. Here you can<strong>\u00a0enjoy the terrace of the Bocconi Italian restaurant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc128873061\"><\/a><strong>Campoamor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To get there, take the blue line of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/metro-barcelona\/\">metro<\/a> (L5) to Horta station. Go up the street also known as Horta and you'll be able to start <strong>look for rue Campoamor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the late XIX\u1d49 century, the city's wealthy families had their summer residences in Carrer de Campoamor. The street hasn't lost its charm, and strolling along it transports you back to that opulence of old Barcelona in the form of <strong>a series of pastel-coloured modernist towers, trees and silence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc128873062\"><\/a><strong>Rue de Barcelone: Enric Granados<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In what is known as the \"left bank\" of the sprawling <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/l-eixample-barcelona\/\">l'Eixample<\/a>Enric Granados is a nine-block street running from Diputaci\u00f3 to Diagonal. It's a small oasis in a pedestrian-only urban fabric.<\/p>\n<p>It's really nice to stroll along Enric Granados, or if you want to go cycling, you can get off the Diagonal to take advantage of the slope. You can feel the typical Eixample layout, and <strong>there's plenty to see and do along the way.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc128873063\"><\/a><strong>Sarria Major<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This street links the infamous Pla\u00e7a d'Art\u00f3s to <strong>Pla\u00e7a de Sarri\u00e0<\/strong>and forms the backbone of the oldest and most charming center of this affluent neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Discover a district of Barcelona with its own history and character. Walking up this quiet cobbled street, you'll get a sense of the city the neighborhood once was. You can take short detours into the adjacent streets. I recommend <strong>don't miss the little street called Passatge de Mallofr\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the spot, you'll certainly want to stop and eat some <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/patatas-bravas-barcelona\/\">patatas bravas<\/a> at Bar Tom\u00e1s, one of the city's favourites for these <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/gourmet-tapas\/\">famous tapas<\/a>. Once you've reached the summit, you'll have earned your dessert at the Foix patisserie, where<strong> the chocolate is divine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visiting Barcelona's secret streets can give you a whole new perspective on the city.
