At over 500 meters above sea level, it offers breathtaking views of the city and the sea. This is one of the reasons why <strong>also known as the Magic Mountain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As for the Tibidabo amusement park, its construction began in the early XX\u1d49 century. They built a funicular railway in 1900 and installed an electric merry-go-round later in 1910. For example, you can book a day pass or get an annual pass if you plan to visit often enough. All tickets include entry to the amusement park, the panoramic area, the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/funicular-barcelona\/\">funicular<\/a> and TibiBus. Fares are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>35\u00a0\u20ac<\/strong> for the entrance ticket<\/li>\n<li><strong>14\u00a0\u20ac<\/strong> for the junior ticket<\/li>\n<li><strong>10,50\u00a0\u20ac<\/strong> for senior ticket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The entrance is <strong>free for children under 90 cm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concerning parking, <strong>cost \u20ac13<\/strong> to leave your car at the summit of Tibidabo. You can also leave your car at the Sant Gen\u00eds parking lot, <strong>which will cost you \u20ac4.20.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc129094596\"><\/a><strong>When can I visit the park?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tibidabo theme park opening days vary according to the time of year. In January, it is open only <strong>on 2\u1d49, 3\u1d49, 4\u1d49 and 5\u1d49 days of the month.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In March, April and May, it can be visited at weekends, on public holidays and during the summer. <strong>from April 5 to 10.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In June, it is also open on weekends and public holidays, but from June 23, it is also <strong>open Wednesday to Sunday.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In July and August, you can visit the theme park <strong>Wednesday to Sunday and public holidays.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In September, October and November, it will be open at weekends and on public holidays, as well as <strong>September 1\u1d49\u02b3 and October 13.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Finally, in December, Tibidabo can be visited at weekends and holidays. <strong>December 6, 7, 8, 22, 27, 28 and 29.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The panoramic area is freely accessible, and opening times are less variable. It can only be visited on January 2, 3, 4 and 5, on weekends in February, and every day of the week from March to December, <strong>except December 25 and 26.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc129094597\"><\/a><strong>The Tibidabo rides: a fun adventure for all ages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There are over 30 rides to try out at Tibidabo amusement park, tailor-made for every age. For example, there's the Giradabo, <strong>a colorful wheel to enjoy Barcelona's most spectacular views<\/strong>. Another way to admire the city from the heights is from the Talaia, a 50-metre-high tower built in 1921. Mind you, this is not the place for those afraid of heights!<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer to stay close to the ground, there are plenty of fun attractions to choose from too. For example, the Carrusel is a beautifully decorated ride that can be enjoyed by all members of the family.<\/p>\n<p>Children will also love Alaska, a water ride that takes you into the world of penguins and polar bears. There are also wrecked cars, trampolines and <strong>many other rides for all ages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The theme park is also known as Magic Mountain. In fact, there are various experiences full of magic and illusions to add a touch of fantasy to our visit, such as the Castell dels Contes, the Viking carousel, the spooky Hotel Kr\u00fceger, the Marionetarium, the Hall of Mirrors and the Virtual Express, Catalonia's first virtual reality attraction.<\/p>\n<p>There's lots to do at Tibidabo Park.
