The first room after the hall is the Barcelona Hall. Here you can <strong>discover the personalities of Barcelona's history up close and personal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you follow the museum tour, you'll be greeted by the famous King Kong movie character in the jungle. The stairwell, dedicated to Catalonia and its culture, is more human. Here, you'll have the chance to see the<a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/casteller\/\"> castellers<\/a>The human towers, life-size with their construction: the castel.<\/p>\n<p>The new wax museum also focuses on more topical subjects. Here, you'll find the room entitled \"The Depth of the Sea\", which is committed to the preservation of this unique habitat, and the room entitled \"Climate Crisis\", in which <strong>you can cope with the consequences of climate change<\/strong>. You'll find some of the biggest names in ecology, such as Greta Thunberg.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc130150074\"><\/a><strong>Two floors full of characters<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On the second floor you will be confronted with famous personalities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>musicians such as <strong>Freddie Mercury, Elton John<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scientists like <strong>Albert Einstein or Stephen Hawking<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Artists like<strong> Salvador Dal\u00ed or Pablo Picasso<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Players such as <strong>Brad Pitt, Jack Nicholson, Jonny Depp or Tom Hanks<\/strong> with their movie characters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The top floor is a little scary. Here, you'll find yourself in the Alley of Terrors, which will introduce you to various monsters of modern cinema. What's more, this room combines art and technology. You'll find yourself with the shadow of a friendly Frankenstein... <strong>following you and the ground moves beneath your feet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc130150075\"><\/a><strong>The Wax Museum building, the former Bank of Barcelona<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The museum is located in the small square accessible from the south side of the building. <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/las-ramblas-barcelona\/\">Las Ramblas<\/a> by the little street Passatge de la Banca. You can't miss the kiosk selling tickets for Barcelona's wax museum.<\/p>\n<p>Just look for the wax statue at the entrance to the building. The magnificent building, which has housed the Museu de Cera since 1973, was originally built in 1867 as the Museu de Cera. <strong>representative of the general credit bank \"El Comercio\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The renovation of the former bank building was led by architect and scenographer Enrique Alarc\u00f3n. His architecture has clearly benefited the museum's new look. Modern and interactive, you'll love <strong>evolve in this new place<\/strong>.
