However, the Centre de Cultura Contempor\u00e0nia de Barcelona <strong>also focuses on the city's architecture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The central theme of CCCB is the city of Barcelona and urban culture. The exhibitions and activities on offer are scrupulously chosen to be as relevant as possible. A visit to the Centre de Cultura Contempor\u00e0nia de Barcelona guarantees access to <strong>an exceptional place.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc130380944\"><\/a>How is CCCB built?<\/h2>\n<p>The building covers more than 15,000 square metres, 4,000 of which are entirely dedicated to the company. <strong>dedicated to exhibitions<\/strong>. The rest is taken up by the auditorium, bookshop and numerous classrooms. Next to the CCCB is the library and a research center.
