Work is scheduled to stop in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This building should be part of your stay in the city. The forms of the house are based on the legend of George and the dragon.<\/p>\n<p>You'll marvel at the many details, colors and magnificent mosaics. Translated, it means \"the quarry\", named after the complex's rugged appearance.<\/p>\n<p>The roof terrace with its special fireplaces is well worth a visit. You'll find incredible architecture and a truly medieval atmosphere on site.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327229\"><\/a><strong>Boquer\u00eda market<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/la-boqueria\/\">Mercat de la Boqueria<\/a>or Mercat de Sant Josep, is a colorful produce market on the Ramblas. Barcelona boasts an extensive network of cycle paths, certainly including those along the beach.<\/p>\n<p>Renting a bike in Barcelona is not at all complicated. To do so, I recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/bike-rental-barcelona\/\">read my article on the subject<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327231\"><\/a><strong>Parc de la Ciudadela<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Next to the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/el-born\/\">El Born<\/a>In the center of Barcelona lies the magnificent city park of the 1888 Universal Exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>In the Ciutadella Park, you will find tourist attractions such as the Font de Cascada, the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/zoo-barcelona\/\">Barcelona Zoo<\/a>the Castell dels Tres Dragons and the<a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/arc-de-triomphe-barcelona\/\">Arc de Triomphe<\/a>the park's former gateway.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327232\"><\/a><strong>Sightseeing in Barcelona: Port Vell, port of the city of Barcelona<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At the end of Las Ramblas, near the statue of Columbus, you'll come to the Port of Barcelona. Here you'll find the marina, where you can take a boat trip, as well as the Mare Magnum shopping center and Europe's largest aquarium.<\/p>\n<p>For even better views, you can take<a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/funicular-barcelona\/\"> the Port funicular.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327233\"><\/a><strong>Mount Tibidabo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/tibidabo\/\">Tibidabo<\/a> is the 512-meter-high mountain on the outskirts of Barcelona. You can reach the top with a cogwheel train, after which you can do three things at the top of the mountain.<\/p>\n<p>You can visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/tibidabo-park\/\">amusement park<\/a> You can also visit the \"Parque de Atracciones del Tibidabo\", visit the \"Iglesia del Sagrat Cor\" church, or simply enjoy the phenomenal view of Tibidabo.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327234\"><\/a><strong>Sightseeing in Barcelona: Santa Maria del Mar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The basilica of <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/santa-maria-del-mar\/\">Santa Mar\u00eda del Mar<\/a> from the XIV\u1d49 century is located in the La Ribera district. It was built during Catalonia's heyday as a trading and maritime nation. It's possible to visit the beautiful basilica, crypts and towers.<\/p>\n<p>The surrounding district of La Ribera is also a pleasant area to discover, with <strong>numerous art galleries, boutiques and bars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132327235\"><\/a><strong>Barcelona tourist site: Gracia district<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>One of Barcelona's most beautiful neighborhoods is the Barrio de <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/gracia-district-barcelona\/\">Gracia<\/a>. This district, popular with locals, is still authentic and not very touristy.<\/p>\n<p>In the district, you'll find lively squares and original boutiques.
