It's always crowded. If you want to go there, I'd advise you to book well in advance to avoid finding yourself without a table. If that wasn't the case a few years ago, <strong>its reputation has improved over time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here, you won't find too high a price tag, and you'll enjoy high quality in the meals they prepare. You can easily enjoy a complete meal <strong>for 25 euros per person<\/strong>. A very welcome detail <strong>not in the habits of the surrounding restaurants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The very famous \"pa amb tomaquet\" doesn't miss a beat. Here, you can enjoy delicious wood-fired bread and fresh tomatoes. A real delicacy that would be a shame not to try.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132990297\"><\/a><strong>Take advantage of luxury entrances<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For starters, the establishment offers delicious <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/patatas-bravas-barcelona\/\">patatas bravas<\/a> \u00e0 la Viana, perhaps the least surprising of the dishes you can order. The quality is always perfect, but it wasn't much different from the bravas you can get anywhere else.<\/p>\n<p>The plate of soy-marinated tuna cubes with apple and avocado is more spectacular. The apple adds a freshness that gives a different touch to a dish you might be used to.<\/p>\n<p>You can also choose <strong>burrata with guacamole<\/strong> a blend that not only works, but also tastes great.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, if you're a meat lover, you can't go past Iberian pork carpaccio with provolone slices. This dish is usually accompanied by radishes, arugula, tomatoes, provolone cheese, pine nuts and touches of Ali oli, which is the perfect accompaniment to a meal of Iberian pork carpaccio. <strong>gives it a distinctive taste.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132990298\"><\/a><strong>Viana in Barcelona: traditional and modern main courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Viana's menu is just a few pages long. In fact, it only includes <strong>only five main courses<\/strong>. You can choose from honey-glazed veal, cod, beef or free-range chicken. There's also a really appetizing suckling pig section.<\/p>\n<p>The veal served here is cooked in red wine and accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes and cinnamon. The meat is really juicy, and the wine sauce lends power to the dish, but without being sickening. Sweet potato pur\u00e9e <strong>adds a touch of sweetness with its particularly sweet flavor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cod with orange sauce, apple and spinach and yucca chips is also a delight. If you like fish, you can also turn to cod. Here, the meat is perfectly cooked and the fries that accompany the fish are succulent.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc132990299\"><\/a><strong>Desserts close to perfection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As for desserts, there's something for everyone. Cheesecake with crumble, seasonal fruit with ice cream, chocolate trio and French toast. Whatever your choice, <strong>they all cost 5 euros<\/strong>which has become standard fare in quality restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>The trio of chocolates is a delight for lovers of good chocolate. It consists of a chocolate ice cream on a chocolate cake accompanied, of course, by a chocolate cream.
