Here it is!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Introducing Primavera Sound<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The first edition of Primavera Sound is born <strong>in 2001<\/strong>and the festival was held at <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/poble-espanyol\/\">Poble Espanyol<\/a> on the hill of <a href=\"https:\/\/bonjourbarcelone.fr\/en\/montjuic\/\">Montjuic<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of its creators (Alberto Guijarro, Gabi Ruiz and Pablo Soler) was to recreate a music festival <strong>on a human scale<\/strong>A far cry from the gigantic organizations developing in Spain at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Soon, this festival <strong>dedicated to independent rock<\/strong> was a huge success, and in 2005 had to move to a new location. It moved to <strong>Parc del Forum<\/strong>a seaside site in the north-east of the Catalan capital, where it will still be held in 2023!<\/p>\n<p>From now on, <strong>indie rock<\/strong> is no longer the only musical genre represented, and we can hear artists - national and international - from a wide range of backgrounds: rock, pop, punk, electro or hip hop. There's something for everyone, for an event that now spans an entire week!<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being held in Barcelona, the Primavera Sound festival extends to the following areas <strong>around the world <\/strong>for several years now.
