This is one of my favorite hostels in Europe. Located right next to Las RamblasIt's a lively, social hostel with a huge bar and outdoor communal area right next door. The establishment also organizes daily events and breakfast is served every morning.
The mattresses aren't very thick, but the beds are comfortable with curtains, so you can get a good night's sleep. Lockers are provided under your beds, so you can keep your belongings safe. The establishment is clean, comfortable and for me one of the best youth hostels in the city.
To stay in this hotel, you must count :
- 23 € for beds
- 166 € for a private room
Auberge One Parallel
It's an ideal hostel for solo travelers, although it also offers private rooms. The hostel organizes events and evening activities. You can also enjoy free dinners every week.
The staff work really hard to make sure everyone has a good time. Although this is a hostel, there are also separate common rooms for relaxing and working, as well as a cinema room with Netflix, in case you just want to relax.
To stay in this establishment, count :
- 40 € for a bed
- 130 € for a bedroom
Barcelona Hostel: Kabul Youth Hostel
Located in the Gothic districtKabul is my favorite hostel in the city. It's a full-fledged youth hostel, and they organize nightly events and one of the pub crawls. The dorms are clean and the beds are decent.
What makes Kabul so great is the communal space: it occupies an entire floor of the building and includes a café, bar and pool table. It's super social and it's very easy to meet people here.
For your accommodation, you will need :
- 22 € for a bed
- 116 € for a private room for four people
Hello BCN
This is another youth hostel with staff who go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The hostel organizes all kinds of events and even offers discounts for some of the city's discos, just in case. you'd like to enjoy Barcelona's famous nightlife.
They serve breakfast for 2 euros, offer plenty of communal areas, but there's also a kitchen in case you want to cook your own meals.
Guests also receive electronic wristbands. This makes the hostel safe and secure. No one is allowed in without one of these wristbands. Finally, the mattresses are comfortable, although the beds are pretty basic.
To spend a night in this place, you must count :
- 21 € for a bed
- 84 € for a single room
Hostel Barcelona: Hostel One Ramblas
Hostel One Ramblas is a social hostel where it's easy to meet people. Free dinners are organized every day, breakfast is very inexpensive (€3) and the hostel is very well equipped. the beds are really comfortable. The establishment is also close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city.
There's also a fully equipped kitchen, in case you want to cook your own meals. The staff here are great! They organize daily walking tours and evening outings, so there's always something to do at this hostel.
To stay there, you'll need :
- 30 € for a bed in a shared room
