Ramon Roca, founder of this modernist institution, would probably never have imagined that over 100 years after his first store, the place would have become a big name in cutlery.
With a huge range of mirrors, scissors, razors and related accessories on sale, it would be a miracle if nothing caught your eye. The windows are impressive and the interior is well laid out.
The store has a decidedly vintage charm, and it's always nice to walk in even if you don't intend to buy anything, just to have a look around and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

This small hat store is one of the newest stores on Las Ramblas. It opened its doors in 1924 on a small street in the Gothic Quarter. Nothing has changed since then. The store's fixtures and fittings are all original. This gives the place authentic character.

L'Herboristeria Del Rei
This little store opened its doors almost 200 years ago and was the official herbalist's shop of Queen Isabella II in 1857. Impressive, isn't it?
The store offers over 220 varieties of medicinal plants, condiments, food supplements, honey, spices, natural beauty products and essential oils. A naturopath's dream come true!
