Camp Nou is the world's largest soccer stadium. It currently boasts a capacity of 99,354 seats, soon to be extended to 105,000 seats. Due to the passion for soccer shared by almost all Catalans, the stadium is sold out almost every match. However, you can also visit the stadium outside match periods.
What to do at Camp Nou
On site, you can learn more about the incredible history of a soccer team that represents a city, a region and even the Catalan language and identity. With a ticket for the Camp Nou experience, you can visit the impressive Camp Nou stadium, the museum and the multimedia zone where you'll relive some of FC Barcelona's finest moments.
How much does a visit cost?
Normal tickets cost €25 and open-ended tickets for adults cost €28. During the visit, you can use an audioguide that tells you all about the Camp Nou and the museum. This allows you to see and admire everything at your own pace. The audioguide is available in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Dutch. You can order the audioguide at the stadium for €5.
Visit the Camp Nou on match days
On competition days, the tour is closed all day. On these days, you can only visit the museum (with the cup room, history, Messi room and sports cups) and a panoramic view of the stadium until 3 hours before kick-off.
Champions League match days, only the museum can be visited until 3 p.m.
Parking and public transport at Camp Nou
On non-competition days, you can park your car free of charge at the Camp Nou. When visiting the Camp Nou on match days, the Camp Nou parking lot is available up to 4 hours before the match.
Getting to the Camp Nou stadium by public transport is also very easy. There are several bus and metro near the stadium.
How to get there by metro
If you travel by metro, you can take line 3 and get off at Maria Cristina or Les Corts. You can also borrow line 5 and get off at Collblanc or Badal.
Opt for the bus
If you travel by bus, you also have a number of options, including lines 7, 15, 43, 67, 68, 74, 75 and N12. The N12 is the night bus that passes close to Camp Nou.
Getting there by cab
Of course, you can also easily get to the Camp Nou stadium by cab. Visit cabs in Spain aren't that expensive either.
Cycling at Camp Nou
In Barcelona, you can also rent a bike. Indeed, there are a number of spacious cycle paths built along the main roads. You can easily park your bike near Camp Nou.
Please note that bicycles are only parked in designated areas with bike racks. These are located around 50 to 100 meters from the Camp Nou stadium. In a large area around the Camp Nou stadium, along the Avinguda Diagonal, excellent cycle paths.
